Rules and Policies

Cancellations — Due to our size, cancellations affect us greatly. Your payment is your commitment to us that you are reserving your room, and our commitment to you that the room will be ready for you.

Payment for your entire stay is made at check in.

You can cancel up to 48hrs before your arrival without penalty. From 48hrs-24hrs before your arrival you will be charged half of your rate. If you cancel within 24hrs you will be charged the full amount of your stay. Exceptions for Covid may be made. Please email or call to cancel.

Guests may only book up to a 7 day maximum stay. Contact us if a day or two more is needed.

Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 11 AM.

We are not pet friendly, service animals being the exception.

We are a non smoking facility, though we do have an outdoor smoking area.

Smoking in the hostel or bringing pets inside will result in an automatic cleaning fee of $250 charged to your credit card.

Any damage will be charged to your credit card.

If your behavior is inappropriate or disruptive, you will be asked to leave immediately and there will be no refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. While we are a social hostel, please be considerate of other guests and their needs for rest and quiet.
